What products or services do you offer?

As a foundation, we facilitate collaboration between public and private organizations (companies, universities, governments, and NGOs) to address societal challenges arising from the digitization of society. Many parties within the Netherlands are members of ECP; we serve as a neutral party within various forms of collaboration.

Where are you active within the FNS program (program lines, work packages), and what is your contribution?

ECP participates in program line 4, work package 1. Over the coming years, we will organize knowledge sharing and connect the FNS ecosystem, both within the consortium and externally. We support the program lines, the field labs, and use case owners in connecting with each other, SMEs, and other interested parties.

Why are you participating in the FNS program?

Infrastructure is a vital component of the information/digital society. Despite the Netherlands' extensive connectivity with fiber and wireless networks ubiquitously available, and a dense network of data centers, infrastructure development should not be taken for granted. Sustaining digitization requires ongoing effort and extensive collaboration. ECP lends its support to the NGF FNS program, drawing upon its 25 years of experience in organizing public-private cooperation.
