Eric Kieboom is a legal expert at the Dutch Authority for Digital Infrastructure. He has thirty years of experience in telecommunications law and has been closely involved in frequency auctions for public mobile telecommunications (3G, 4G and 5G), the application of market access directives for equipment and radio devices and the development of regulations for electromagnetic fields (EMF). He is currently a coordinating legal expert for enforcement decisions, administrative sanctions and decisions based on the Open Government Act.
