Annemieke Kips

After receiving her PhD in atomic physics from the VU University Amsterdam 25 years ago, Annemieke joined KPN Research and later TNO to pursue her career in ICT related knowledge development and innovation. Here she served in a wide variety of roles and positions, including amongst others head of department of digital infra and cyber teams (8+ years), active participation in and contribution to international (3GPP) System Architecture specification (10+ years) and various senior project management and consultancy assignments. Currently, Annemieke acts as head of TNO’s Networks department. Furthermore, she coaches TNO employees throughout the organization in career and life questions as certified personal development coach. Annemieke feels excited to participate in further boosting the economic and societal benefits of 6G in the Netherlands and Europe!
