Jacob Groote

acob Groote has almost 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, after receiving his PhD in Physics from the University of Groningen. He served in different roles in Dutch incumbent operator KPN, ranging from Research & Development to network and IT architecture. Later he ran wireline and wireless networks and became head of product management in the Business Market, before attending KPN Strategy in corporate strategy and innovation roles. Jacob was also very active in International projects and organizations that stimulate industry wide cooperation. Jacob is always interested in the application of new technologies to serve customers solving their needs.

Jacob is married and has two grown-up kids.
